Revision of St. George's zoning and subdivision bylaws into a unified set of land use regulations. This project got underway during the fall of 2007. The Planning Commission has held hearings on the final draft and is preparing to recommend the proposed regulations to the Selectboard. The complete draft, including the most recent changes is available for download from the links to the right. A document with just the changes from the February 2010 draft is also posted.
