North Country Healthy Heart Network - 2012
Brandy Saxton prepared a conceptual design for the section of Elm Street from Constable Street to Raymond Street in the Village of Malone, NY as part of the Malone Complete Streets Partnership's Pedestrian Improvement Plan. This design is intended to illustrate the type of streetscape improvements would contribute to making a Malone a more 'healthy place' where people can safely travel on foot or bicycle.
